Leonard A. Rich boasts a distinguished 30-year career dedicated to public education. After honing his skills in the classroom for a decade, Len transitioned into administrative roles, serving as an assistant principal and subsequently a principal. This leadership experience spanned approximately 10 years, culminating in his appointment as a Career and Technical Director. Notably, for the past 9 years, Len has successfully held the dual roles of CTE Director and Superintendent of a public school district.
Throughout his career, Len has consistently been a catalyst for positive change. He has consistently left a positive mark on every institution he has served, fostering environments of improved academic performance, enhanced NOCTI/NIMS scores, and strengthened public relations, all while ensuring sound financial management.
